At Bisque Golf, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations on or off the course, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure golf clubs and footwear show no signs of use on the range or green.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
